Oft-read: Tafsir of Juz 30
The 30th Juz of the Quran, or Juz Amma consists of 37 of the shorter Surahs that were mostly revealed in the Makkan era. Most of these Surahs are memorized by Muslims and read often in the daily prayers. This class will aim to comprehensively study the themes of these Surahs; Allah’s creation, the reality of this life, the day of judgement, the afterlife and Jannah and Jahnnam.

Course Instructor
Imam Yousef Wahb

Imam Yousef Wahb is an Islamic Law Instructor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and the Research Director of Yaqeen Institute for Islamic Research's Quranic Studies Department. Shaykh Yousef holds a Bachelor in Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar University and a Masters of Law from the University of Windsor.

Shaykh Yousef also serves the community as a Research Intern at the Stanford Muslim Mental Health & Islamic Psychology Lab, a co-founding board member of Green Ummah, an Islamic Compliance Advisor for Beneficent, and a Chaplain at the University of Windsor.
